Earthquake relief helicopter crashes in Mexico, killing one

One died and four were injured when a Bell 212 relief aid helicopter crashed in Mexico following the major 7.1 magnitude earthquake.

A helicopter that was working in relief efforts for victims of the deadly 7.1 magnitude earthquake that hit Mexico on September 19th crashed on Friday morning in the state of Oaxaca, officials announced.

The helicopter was a vehicle belonging to the Attorney General’s Office, and was carrying five people at the time of the crash.

One person, the pilot, died, and the other four have been injured and hospitalised.
